Today's 80/20 is Jan Vermeer in the 19:40 at Sandown. This talented individual finished third to Behkabad at Longchamp last July. He refused to settle and in the circumstances did well to hold on for a place. He has some decent form in the book notably when thrashing Bobbyscot at the Curragh last May in a Group 3 event. I think he could give the Derby winner plenty to think about at a fair price in this fascinating race. At present he is trading at [6.8] on the exchange.
It's a dish best served cold but if it comes good Nick will be able to claim he's in red hot form....
