The Fugue finished third on her first try over the trip in the Oaks at Epsom and will clash again with the pair that finished in front of her that day, namely Aidan O'Brien's Was and the Hughie Morrison-trained Shirocco Star, but The Fugue has improved since then and, with her win in the Nassau so comfortable, she remains with the potential to improve, evidenced by her retaining the Timeform 'p'.
Morrison's Coquet, sixth at Epsom, is the other three-year-old runner in the race.
