"Significant Move, who had been the subject of strong support, had looked set to take a hand in the finish but was stopped in his run over two furlongs out.."
Selections from each of the three meetings in Britain on Sunday from the Timeform Free Form Website.
Significant Move (15.25) can gain compensation for a luckless run at Sandown at the start of the month. Stuart Kittow's four-year-old, who had been the subject of strong support, had looked set to take a hand in the finish but was stopped in his run over two furlongs out. His rider didn't give him a hard time after, and with more luck, and the step up in trip set to be in his favour at Windsor today, Significant Move can play a big part.
The crowds are bound to be out at Uttoxeter for Summer National Day and Keenan's Future (16.20) can land the big one for Ian Williams. Third in the race in 2009 off a 2 lb higher mark, Keenan's Future returned to form with a bang when landing a handicap chase at Aintree under today's rider recently, going with enthusiasm and putting up a more fluent round of jumping than has often been the case. The trip and the ground are bang in his favour. Emma Lavelle is seeking a third straight win in the race so Ouzbeck could prove the main danger off a mark just 1 lb higher then when edging out Brooklyn Brownie under similar conditions twelve months ago.
Camberley Two (17.45) is turned out again quickly at Salisbury after landing a gamble, and the nap for this column, at Brighton on Tuesday and is fancied to follow up. He did it very easily five days ago, relishing the return to a mile as he travelled strongly throughout, and only had to be nudged clear by Richard Kingscote for a four-length success. Charles Bishop takes over in this apprentice handicap and is good value for his claim having quickly notched up ten winners from just fifty four rides.
