Dorabelle won novice hurdles at Wetherby and Sedgefield in the autumn, and better than ever when landing a handicap at Hexham last month. Good effort again last time and extra 3f here expected to suit.
Street Dance landed 2 novice events over shorter earlier in the year and put disappointing previous run behind him when second over C&D last time after making running. Still early days and may improve more.
Cracboumwiz is a free-goer who landed a novice chase on final outing for Alan King in 2009/10. Ran poorly over hurdles on only start for Mark Shears, and little promise on comeback for new yard tried tongue tied.
Vertige Dore won bumper/2 novice hurdles last season for Paul Nicholls. Made to work hard despite straightforward task for latest success and needs to pull out more now going handicapping for new yard.
Fair Gale was a four-time Flat winner for Sylvester Kirk up to 1½m and 2-3 over hurdles for different yards. Pair clear when scoring at Southwell in May and leading claims if race doesn't become test of stamina.
Heron Bay made the frame 7 times in various company since opening hurdling account at Aintree over a year ago, but becoming inconsistent and no guarantee he'll build on latest third at Stratford.
Great Mates improved to win twice at Worcester last summer and has run 2 best races since there on last 2 starts despite just finishing out of places. In fine fettle but bit more to do back 5f in trip.
Orbital Orchid was much improved when last seen in 2009, creating good impression when easy winner of 2m novice event at Worcester. Had 2 recent spins on the Flat to put him straight and looks set for a bold show.
Tri Nations is better than ever of late, winning at Plumpton in April and mostly remained in form since. Return to longer trip will suit now making first start since leaving Milton Harris.
Si Bien placed several times over hurdles and finally opened his account in a weak maiden chase at Newcastle despite errors. Patchy form next 2 runs and has since left James Ewart cheaply.
