Today's win and place bet comes straight from the horse's mouth!
Nick landed the place portion of his bet on Tuesday - can he go one better today?
Today's 80/20 is Monksland in the 14.05 at Cheltenham.
This talented individual beat Lyreen Legend in a valuable Grade 2 event at Naas in January. He took the lead on the run to the last and pulled clear to win with something to spare.
I do not think we have seen the best of him and he should go close at a fair price in this competitive event. At present he is trading at [6.6] on the exchange.
Nick takes his win and place bet to the biggest jumps festival in the world and he's picked a big priced runner in the opener......
A winner would be a Delight-ful way to kick the week off...
