The winners of the Gauteng Guineas, Golden Chateau, and Gauteng Fillies Guineas, Go Indigo, are among the entries for the Grade 1 SA Classic and SA Fillies Classic to be run over 1800m at Turffontein on Saturday March 31....

Mike de Kock's Golden Chateau will be hoping to take another step towards landing the R2-million bonus for any horse that can complete the South African Triple Crown consisting of the Guineas, the SA Classic and SA Derby, having landed a shock success (started at 100/1) in the Guineas.

Golden Chateau is one of seven entries from the de Kock stable, but they may all have their work cut out against Justin Snaith's Gimmethegreenlight, who won the Queen's Plate at Turffontein.

Fillies Guineas champion Go Indigo will be looking to emulate Igugu and become only the second filly to win the SA Triple Tiara, for which a R1-million bonus will be paid.

The SA Classic and SA Fillies Classic are among eight Graded races to be run on Turffontein's Saturday card, the highlights of which you can hear live on Timeform Radio.
