Can Michael Bell get any of his trio first past the post?
"This is a bit of a fact-finding mission for Margot Did – I think she should have the speed - but it is a weaker race than she usually runs in and she is in very good form at home."
It's day two of the Dante Festival and Michael Bell sends out a trio of runners. Read his thoughts on them here

Mont Agel: He was a shade disappointing last year but a consequence of that is that he is down to a more realistic mark now. He appears in very good form at home - he has been doing good work with Horseradish - and although it is a hot race, I think he is handicapped to go well. Certainly if you watched him at home you would be hopeful that he is better than his mark.

Margot Did: We are having an experiment dropping her back to 5f now as I didn't want to get to the end of the year and find out it was what she wanted. It's a bit of a fact-finding mission - I think she should have the speed - but it is a weaker race than she usually runs in and she is in very good form at home.

Apostle: To say we were disappointed with him at Leicester on his debut would be a big understatement. He has an excellent temperament at home and it could just be that the first experience of the racecourse got to him - like a schoolboy falling asleep in class. He's no morning glory - if anything he is only workmanlike at home, but he does everything we ask of him and I would hope he would be very competitive here. I do think he is a good prospect.
