/ Nick Shiambouros / 18 January 2012 / Leave a Comment Nick has decided on his 80/20 selection for the day. Luckily he's not going all cloak and dagger over its identity...
Today's 80/20 is Claret Cloak in the 14.05 at Newbury.
This gelding finished second to Shutthefrontdoor in a bumper at Ascot last month. He delivered a strong challenge a furlong from home but could not get past the game winner. I think he has more to offer today and should run well at a fair price on his hurdles debut. At present he is trading at [5.2] on the exchange.
It's out there but can Nick's selection today find it?...
Nick has a secret weapon running for him in the 13:10 at Plumpton today but who is it?...
He might not breeze to victory but Nick believes today's 80/20 will certainly go close......
