Will this be a successful Sunday afternoon for Follow The Money?
"At Sedgefield, in the 14:50 , Catch Bob has drifted from [2.78] out to [3.45]. "
Today's Follow The Money comes from Huntingdon and Sedgefield.
In the 14:10 at Huntingdon, Robin De Creuse has been strongly supported from [4.1] in to [3.5]. The Philip Hobbs trained runner has been in useful form this season and ran a decent race over C&D last time out to finish third. He did pinch a three length lead at the start and would've finished much closer if he hadn't made an error at the last flight. He travelled really well throughout the race and with today's quicker going in his favour he should be thereabouts once more.
At Sedgefield, in the 14:50 , Catch Bob has drifted from [2.78] out to [3.45]. Ferdy Murphy trained seven-year-old has only had three chase starts and after failing on his chase debut, he has finished placed in his last two races. The drop back in trip and today's soft going will suit, but punters seem to be aware that he has not jumped well since switching to fences and are happy to take him on today.
Our last selection comes at Huntingdon where Cloudy Spirit has been backed from [6.0] in to [4.6] in the 15:10. Reg Hollinshead's mare ran well in two jumpers´ bumpers over Christmas and put in a decent effort in a mares handicap hurdle at Ludlow last month when finishing fourth and the form of that race is working out quite well. She does look one of the more obvious contenders.
Recommended bets:
Back Robin De Creuse @ [3.2] Huntingdon 14:10
Lay Catch Bob @ [2.24] Sedgefield 14:50
Back Cloudy Spirit @ [2.0] Huntingdon 15:10
