The value lies with Bosnia when they travel to Belarus for a Group D clash on Friday night, writes James Eastham.
Belarus lie second in the table: they are a point behind leaders France but have played a game more. Bosnia are two points behind Belarus but have a game in hand so will take a massive step towards claiming one of the two top spots in the final standings if they win.
Belarus are unbeaten at home but their only two wins came against weak teams: Albania (2-0) and Luxembourg (2-0) as well. Against better sides - Romania (0-0) and France (1-1) - they have drawn.
Bosnia will be disappointed with one or two of their results - they lost 3-0 in Romania and could only draw 1-1 in Albania - but also won 2-1 at home to Romania. Man for man, they are a slightly better side than Belarus for me. Taking into account home advantage, I make this game a 50-50 call.
I'd oppose Belarus. They're too short for me at [2.62], so I'd back either Bosnia ([3.05]) or the draw ([3.35]). If you want both outcomes on your side, you can lay Belarus at [2.64], or back Bosnia -0 on the Asian handicap at [2.07]. With the Asian handicap bet, you'll get your stakes back if the game ends in a draw, and win if Bosnia win.
Best Bet: Bosnia -0 Asian handicap @ [2.07].
