Can Ciara Boo take advantage of a small field at Redcar?

Granted, today's three afternoon cards are hardly of Premier League standard, but I'm happy to take a dart at a big price with No Quarter in Redcar's 16:50.
Dolly Parton and Frequency are clearly best in at the weights for this claimer, but the forrmer didn't travel fluently on her latest start.
