Nothing managed to lay a glove on Inxile (15:35) in a listed event at Naas a week ago, and with this easy 6f likely to suit just as well as that stiff 5f, he should have little bother following up that impressive win. Smart on his day, Inxile is ideally drawn to bag the favoured rail,and should blitz these inferior rivals from the front in similar fashion to at Naas.
The handicap at 16:05 is another tough puzzle to solve so it could pay to look for a bit of value and Diamond Shower fits the bill, having gone well fresh in the past and dropped to a workable mark. His front-running style is also a plus around this sharp track, and Diamond Shower would take plenty of beating if able to reproduce the form of his close second to Surrey Spinner here a couple of seasons ago.
Andalucia Lady is likely to be amongst the favourites for the apprentice handicap at 17:05 after winning at Naas last time, but she's not one to trust implicitly and is worth taking on in the place market. An habitual slow starter who has refused to race, Andalucia Lady has been raised 6 lb for that success and there is every chance she gets left behind from a poor draw.
